- Small businesses should be located in the defined geography in Southeastern Baltimore County, Southeastern Baltimore City, Northern Anne Arundel County or another community in Maryland that face severe disruption from the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge
- This application is only for companies located in Northern Anne Arundel County, not for companies located in Southeast Baltimore County or Southeast Baltimore City. - Eligible small businesses a) have been in existence for at least two years as of March 26, 2024; b) have revenue of at least $50,000 for at least one of the past two years preceding March 26, 2024; and c) have at least two employees which may include the owner(s).
- Small businesses that received state or federal assistance are eligible to apply for the program.
- The grant size may range from $10,000 to $50,000, based on the revenues of the small business.
- Eligible businesses should demonstrate viability and feasibility and be able to provide a 2023 profit and loss statement, and a year end 2024 balance sheet and 2024 profit and loss
